fx99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

To be eligible to register an account and use the fx99 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. fx99 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will request documentary proof of age if there is any reason to suspect a player may be underage.
• You are registering solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person, organisation or entity.
• You are not a resident of or physically located within a Restricted Territory at the time of registration or while using the platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of fx99 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You have not previously had an account closed by fx99 for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.

You may only hold one registered account on the fx99 platform. Multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, same mobile number, same device, or same IP address — are strictly prohibited. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your national ID or passport.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control, to which fx99 will send OTP verification codes.
• A strong, unique password that you have not used on other platforms and that you will keep confidential at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password, OTP codes, or account access with any other person. Any activity carried out through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fx99 support immediately at [email protected]. fx99 will never ask you for your password or OTP via email, phone or any other channel.

All deposits to fx99 must be made via one of the approved payment methods currently listed on the platform. At the time of publication, approved deposit methods for Bangladesh players are:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction
• Rocket — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction
• Upay — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same mobile wallet account used for the corresponding deposit. fx99 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, however large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional KYC verification.
• KYC identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. fx99 may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of the request being submitted. During periods of high demand or for large amounts requiring manual review, processing may take up to 24 hours.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by fx99 are subject to these general bonus terms in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable wagering requirements. Key general rules include:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT and held in a separate bonus balance. Real-money bets are deducted from the cash balance first; bonus balance is used only once the cash balance is exhausted.
• Wagering requirements state the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once is fraud and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and all balances being forfeited.
• fx99 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of any amendment will not be retroactively disadvantaged by changes to wagering requirements for that specific promotion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly, or used as collateral in any form. Bonuses have no monetary value outside of their use on the fx99 platform under the stated wagering requirements.

All games available on the fx99 platform are operated by third-party game providers and are governed by the individual rules of each game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager. By placing a wager you confirm that you understand the rules of the game. Key gameplay principles:

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) games are certified by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems that cannot be influenced by the player, the platform, or any third party.
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical outcomes (card draws, wheel spins) in real-time, streamed from certified studio environments. Video feeds are unedited and results are binding.
• Sports betting results are settled based on official match results from the relevant governing body (ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, etc.). In the event of a discrepancy, fx99 will use the official result published by the relevant governing body as the definitive outcome.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or sports event, fx99 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amount to the player's account. No additional compensation will be paid for technical interruptions.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on the fx99 platform and are displayed within each game interface or market listing. fx99 reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits at its discretion, particularly in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected. Players who consistently bet at or near maximum limits across multiple markets simultaneously may have their limits reviewed without prior notice.

• Registering more than one account on the fx99 platform, whether under the same or different personal details, for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing any restriction.
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform, place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit any technical vulnerability.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or fraud. All transactions on fx99 are monitored for suspicious activity and may be reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Colluding with other players to fix sports betting outcomes, share card information in live table games, or otherwise manipulate the result of any wager.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent communication with fx99 support.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at fx99 support staff, live dealers, or other players.

fx99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides the following tools which players may access at any time from within their account dashboard:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit cap. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time alerts — set a reminder to notify you after a specified period of continuous play. The alert appears as an on-screen notification; it does not end your session automatically.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently restrict access to your account. Temporary self-exclusion periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months are available. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. During any self-exclusion period, you will not receive promotional communications from fx99.

All content on the fx99 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, text, logos, software, source code, game interfaces (excluding third-party game content), promotional materials, and the fx99 brand mark — is the exclusive intellectual property of fx99 or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the fx99 platform without prior written consent from fx99.

fx99 takes reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, fx99 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from periods of downtime, maintenance, technical failure, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, or acts of God.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fx99's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. fx99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage.

fx99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if any of the following apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• fx99 has reasonable grounds to suspect the player is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct in connection with the platform.
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age, or has provided false information about their identity or age.
• The player has requested self-exclusion and the account must be restricted accordingly. In this case, closure is protective rather than punitive and any remaining real-money balance will be refunded.
